The Exodus Road is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that strategically fights human trafficking. We offer a variety of employment positions that are paid, volunteer, and support-based in our Colorado Springs office as well as in our international field offices.

If you are interested in joining our force of Volunteer Undercover Operatives, please note that you must be 30 years of age to apply and that an extensive vetting process is involved.
